Story Spotlight: Jenni

Jenni is a therapist navigating life after chemotherapy. She chose to tell her story — and to be seen — so her clients would know they are not alone.

Jenni didn't come to the interview to talk about cancer. She came to talk about her life.

In her recorded conversation with the Vivimoir team, she shared the experiences that shaped her — the lessons she's gathered over decades, the moments she returns to, the things she'd want the people she loves to know. The illness is part of her story, but it doesn't own it.

What emerged is something she can pass on: her voice, her wisdom, her humor, her perspective — preserved in a form that will outlast any hard season.

Jenni’s Vivimoir Interview & Portrait Session

After recovering from chemo, Jenni made a deliberate decision to sit in front of the camera — not to document her illness, but to claim this season of her life as her own. As a therapist who walks alongside others through their hardest chapters, she understood something her clients often struggle to believe: that being witnessed in your vulnerability is not a sign of weakness. It is an act of courage.

Her Vivimoir portrait session was both personal and purposeful. The images she carries home are a reminder of who she is right now — not in spite of what she's been through, but including it.
